Product information

UcallM® mRNA Library Fast Kit delivers streamlined, rapid library construction for routine transcriptome sequencing. It features proprietary UMI-enabled strand-specific library-building chemistry plus high-efficiency rRNA-depletion probes to generate low-bias, high-quality sequencing libraries. Optimized enzymes and reaction buffers enable end-to-end library construction from intact total RNA with greatly improved experimental throughput. It supports gene-expression profiling, differential-expression analysis, biomarker mining and mechanistic studies of transcript splicing and gene fusions.

Experimental Workflow

Key Advantages 1.Rapid workflow with short hands-on and incubation time 2.Simplified experimental procedures for easy operation 3.High library yield, low amplification bias and even transcript coverage Applications 1.Gene-expression quantification and differential-expression profiling 2.Discovery of disease-associated biomarkers and molecular subtyping 3.Functional-genomics and molecular-mechanism research

Customer Publication Immunity. Disruption of the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase-P2X7R complex in microglia promotes stress-induced anxiety-like behaviors (DOI:10.1016/j.immuni.2024.01.018). This study reveals that the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase α1 subunit (NKAα1) forms a complex with the purinergic P2X7 receptor (P2X7R) in microglia, and this complex plays a critical role in regulating ATP-dependent microglial activation and stress-related anxiety.

Fig. 1-3. RNA-seq was used to compare gene expression differences in the ventral hippocampus of wild-type (WT) and NKAα1-deficient (NKAα1⁺/⁻) mice under chronic stress conditions; to analyze how NKAα1 deficiency affects inflammation-related gene expression; and to evaluate the effect of the DR5-12D antibody on stress-induced gene expression changes.
