Product information

UcallM® Small RNA Library Fast Kit is a rapid library preparation kit designed for non-coding small RNA research. It adopts an innovative ligation system and optimized reaction procedure to achieve low bias. Featuring a streamlined experimental workflow and short hands-on time, it greatly improves experimental efficiency and delivers high library yield even with low input material. This kit is used for profiling miRNA and other small RNAs. It serves as a practical tool for exploring gene regulatory mechanisms in basic research, discovering disease biomarkers and screening drug targets in translational medicine, as well as studies in epigenetics and other fields.

Experimental Workflow

Key Highlights 1.Rapid library construction with short experimental turnaround time 2.Simplified workflow and easy operation 3.Excellent consistency and low bias Applications 1.Gene expression quantification and differential expression analysis 2.Discovery of disease biomarkers and molecular subtyping 3.Functional genomics and molecular mechanism research
