UcallM® mini longRNA-seq Kit is designed for whole-transcriptome library construction with trace amounts of RNA samples, including antibody-enriched modified RNA fragments (e.g., meRIP, acRIP). It employs strand-specific library construction technology, and optimized buffer systems to preserve RNA integrity. The streamlined workflow enables rapid RNA library construction and subsequent sequencing. Compatible with RNA modification IP kits, it supports profiling of RNA modification landscapes. Widely applied in epitranscriptomics, tumor pathogenesis, therapeutic target discovery and other research fields.
Note: For RNA modification immunoprecipitation kits, please refer to the epitranscriptomics section. Experimental Workflow
Key Highlights 1.Low RNA input requirement (as low as 1 ng), compatible with FFPE samples 2.Efficient rRNA depletion probes to guarantee effective data yield 3.Optimized system, conditions and workflow for easy operation
