Moreover, IL-36β recruits neutrophils via inducing the expression of cytokines and chemokines, such as IL-17C, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), IL-8, CXCL-1, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF).

Reconstitution
Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile water at a concentration of greater than 100 µg/mL, and incubate the stock solution at room temperature for at least 20 mins to ensure sufficient re-dissolved. Do Not Vortex! Vigorous shaking may impair the biological activity of the protein.
