U-Blot® Caldesmon mouse mAb

Background：Caldesmon is a binding protein of smooth muscle actin and calmodulin. It is a cytoskeleton related protein with the function of regulating smooth muscle contraction. In clinical diagnosis, it is used to label smooth muscle cells and cells with smooth muscle differentiation, identify myofibroblastoma from true leiomyoma, and combine CD10 to identify endometrial stromal sarcoma and uterine smooth muscle tumor.
