U-Blot® Cytokeratin 5/6 mouse mAb

Background：Cytokeratin 5/6 are high molecular weight keratins, which are normally expressed in squamous epithelium, basal cells of ductal epithelium, mesothelial cells, myoepithelium and basal cells of prostate, but not in glandular epithelium. Most adenocarcinoma are negative, and some adenocarcinoma can be weakly positive. The antibody is mainly used for the differential diagnosis of mesothelioma and adenocarcinoma, as well as the study of benign and malignant tumors of epithelial origin.
