In contrast to the high level of IL-6 secretion stimulated by IL-17A, IL-17B failed to induce IL-6 secretion in fibroblasts; however, it significantly enhanced the TNF-α-induced production of G-CSF and IL-6 in the fibroblasts.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3-6 months. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles and use a manual defrost freezer.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile water at a concentration of greater than 100 µg/mL, and incubate the stock solution at room temperature for at least 20 mins to ensure sufficient re-dissolved. Do Not Vortex! Vigorous shaking may impair the biological activity of the protein.
